SUSPENSION OF IN-PERSON COURT APPEARANCES EXTENDED UNTIL APRIL 30, 2020
This afternoon, Chief Justice Bivens of the Supreme Court of Tennessee extended the COVID-19 Order suspending in-person court proceedings though April 30, 2020. The General Administrative Orders previously issued by the Judges of the Twenty-First Judicial District will remain in full effect until April 30, 2020 or further notice. We are continuing to advise our clients remotely and handle necessary hearings telephonically.
