Emily Pfeiffer leads the family law litigation section at KHA and participates in other civil litigation in the firm. She has a passion for helping our clients through emotional times with her calm guidance. Emily also routinely represents parents and walks them through the Juvenile Court process in matters involving their children.
Prior to joining KHA, Emily attended Lynchburg College where she received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Criminology. Her love of the law showed early through her studies and her participation as a judicial board liaison and member.
Emily went on to attend the Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. Her focus early on was on family law and she tailored her activities around that practice.
Emily is an active member of the Nashville and Tennessee Aar Associations and is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts as well as the United States Middle District of Tennessee federal court. She is busy in all courts within our jurisdiction handling juvenile family matters, divorces, post divorce custody and child support matters, and litigating for Grandparent rights
