I contacted Kelli Haas & Associates to assist with a conservatorship for a family I was helping in a real estate transaction. After consulting with Kelli, we agreed to work with Michael Small. We were under an almost insurmountable time crunch and I needed a team that could make this happen. Michael was a true professional, and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was handled. There were times I grew frustrated with the entire process and all the challenges but Michael always stayed calm which helped to keep me calm. At times, it seemed the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution within our timeline would be impossible, but Michael remained positive and continued to power through. Not only was Michael able to assist this family with a conservatorship for their loved one, but he helped save their family home from a bank foreclosure. This family and I are eternally grateful and highly recommend Michael Small for legal help.
I am an attorney and can attest that Kelli and her team (Bill & Emily) provided me with excellent counsel and representation in a most professional manner. Kelli’s response times to my needs in short order are most appreciated. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who might need counsel in the areas that they practice!
Going through a divorce is not an easy event to deal with, but Emily was there every step of the way and very communicative! I would recommend this law firm.
I have quite a bit if history with this law group and I am happy to say they do not disappoint. The staff are professional but to my liking, not overly stuffy. If you want a firm to promise the moon and not deliver, they are not your choice. My last experience went very well once we got to the negotiating table. I would highly recommend them to any that ask.
Couldn’t have picked better partners to help us work through an agreed divorce involving minor children. They understood and supported my wish to keep the situation as amicable and level as possible, offering practical guidance throughout the process while making sure we didn’t overlook any important details. I appreciated the expertise and professionalism of the whole team and, in particular, credit Bill’s empathy and understanding with making a difficult life situation suck just a little bit less.
Kelli and her team (Bill and Emily) have walked a very tough road with us for the past 2 years. Our situation was complex (as I am sure that most legal situations are), but they have, without a doubt, done everything possible to protect us. They are always professional, but never cease to let us know that they are personally invested in our success. We are lucky to have them as part of our team.
KHA accepted my case they responded quickly in gathering and studying info which were crucial for the case. After studying the info collected, will provide best efforts to solve problems and fight for that case. Appreciated
Bill is very knowledgeable and personable. He is great at communicating, researches all options and leaves no stones unturned. Bill has managed to bring a complex legal issue down to a level we can understand. I would highly recommend him.
I would like to highly recommend both Kelli and her team for issues regarding child advocacy, child safety, parental rights, custodial parenting and laws in place to protect children.
For seven years I sought safety through state means for my son whom I thought was being actively abused and neglected. The state (MO), failed at protecting my son.
When I contacted Kelli she responded over a weekend immediately and explained to me what we needed to do immediately to intervene.
In the period of a month, my son is in my temporary custody and away from those that were hurting him.
Kelli and her team, literally did the impossible. They succeeded where so many others have failed, all while a child suffered!
If you need an advocate and representation that is always available, highly efficient and incredibly successful – do not hesitate to contact Kelli immediately!
William Squires represented my wife and I in a complex and protracted family situation in The Williamson County Circuit Court. As Grandparents we sought custody of our Grandchildren, due to neglect by their parents. The case was complicated, as the children were of Native American descent and subject to ICWA (the Indian Child Welfare Act). William spent the necessary time to thoroughly listen and understand the case, he researched the issues in detail, and ultimately he submitted a masterful well written brief to the Court that resolved the ICWA issue. This led directly to us reaching resolution of the primary issue of neglect. Culminating in a well written and structured settlement consisting of: a defined visitation schedule, support being furnished by the parents, and their admission of neglect for future reference if needed. We now happily have full custody of the Children.
